We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here is exactly how it works.
1. Return window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase.
2. How to start a return
Email us at bj211152@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within 1 business day and send you the correct return address and instructions for your order.
Because our items ship from different warehouses, the return address depends on the product. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — parcels sent without a return authorisation cannot be processed.
3. Return shipping costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
- If you simply changed your mind, the return shipping is at your expense.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will resolve it.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few additional days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different pattern or version is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
7. Right of withdrawal (European Union)
If your order is delivered into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.
8. Items that cannot be returned
Gift cards, and any item returned used, damaged by the customer, or without its original packaging.
