Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times
Our products ship from international suppliers, so delivery times vary depending on your location and the item ordered.
- Standard shipping: 7 to 20 business days.
- During high-demand periods (holidays, sales events) some orders may take up to 30 business days.
We do not currently offer an express option. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering at bj211152@gmail.com so we can tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
Tracking
You receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package. Tracking information can take a few days to become active after dispatch.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order. Any free shipping promotion is shown at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
Delays caused by customs processing, weather or carrier issues are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, contact us at bj211152@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier or reship.
