2. Products
We do our best to represent our products accurately. Colours and finish may differ slightly from the images depending on your screen. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion, for example if an item is out of stock or a price is displayed in error. Your order is confirmed once we have received payment and sent you a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one displayed when your order is placed. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Import duties and local taxes for deliveries outside Switzerland are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery
Our items ship from international suppliers. Standard delivery takes 7 to 20 business days after a processing time of 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for the full detail.
